Jesus Is Anointed With Oil In Preparation For His Burial

⁶ Now Jesus having come-to-be in Bethany at the house of Simon the leper, ⁷ a woman came to Him having an alabaster-jar of very-expensive perfume^[a]. And she poured it down upon His head while He was reclining-back [to eat]. ⁸ But having seen it, the disciples were indignant, saying, “For what purpose is this waste?
